In its first 8 years LoveBridge was a stand-alone division of the Hungarian IT company, Visoft Kft. The foundations of the LoveBridge system were laid in 2017 with the vision of finding solutions to the challenges of organising and running live bridge competitions through digitalisation. Following an intensive period of system architecture, UX design and programming, the first tournament was played on the system in 2018. Since then, more than 600 000 boards have been played on LoveBridge tablets and chromebooks all over the world. Besides the top divisions of the Hungarian Championships from 2019, the Asia-Pacific WBF Zone 6 selections in 2021 and since 2021, all USBC events. Since summer 2022, all major EBL and WBF tournaments have used our Bid+Score product.
In the summer of 2025 LoveBridge was acquired by Pannon-Work Zrt, a Hungarian company limited by shares. This acquisition has enabled Lovebridge to continue its activities with a stable and supportive background, opening the door for even more clients to join the 21st century’s tournament management practices.
With the major developments of the system behind us, and our ability to provide services to a high and reliable standard, we are focusing our new developments on extending our services to the widest possible range of users. At the same time, we also develop features at the specific request of our customers, where necessary.
